I am an experienced editor, copywriter, and content designer. I work across a variety of media from websites to video scripts to exhibition catalogues. I love the challenge of distilling complex information into clear and concise text.

The Dowse Art Museum

I regularly work with the Dowse Art Museum as a proofreader and editor of the gallery’s wall texts, labels, and exhibition catalogues.

I edited the publications Guy Ngan: Habitation and Wild Domain: The Natural History of Jane Dodd Jewellery, and was contributing editor on the major catalogue Gavin Hipkins: The Domain.

I am currently editing a significant catalogue to accompany the Unhinged: Opening the Door to the Dowse Collection exhibition.

CIRCUIT: Artist Moving Image

From 2021–2022 I worked for CIRCUIT: Artist Moving Image on a major refresh of CIRCUIT’s complex website. This work included content strategy, information architecture, user research, writing, and editing.

My work at CIRCUIT also included the commissioning, coordination, and editing of essays for CIRCUIT’s digital magazine, and the production of the Legacies Reader, a publication to accompany the Legacies exhibition of new moving image works.

Te Whare Tohu Rata o Aotearoa

In 2021 I worked as a copywriter for the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners Te Whare Tohu o Rata o Aotearoa, ahead of a major refresh of their website.
