Kia ora, I am a freelance writer and editor with a focus on the visual arts.

I write novels, art criticism, and essays. Currently, my focus is writing a regular visual arts column for The Post.

I also edit exhibition catalogues and other text for galleries and arts organisations.

I am a member of the Lawrence & Gibson publishing collective. We’re 21 this year! As part of the collective, I work with writers to edit their work, make their book, and share it with the world.

This website is focussed on my writing and editing mahi, but I also work as Kaiwhakahaere Tuihono Hongere/Online Channel Manager at the Parliamentary Counsel Office/Te Tari Tohutohu Pāremata, where I manage the great team that looks after the NZ Legislation website and other digital channels for the PCO.
